Data collected

The site collects only the data strictly necessary to your contact request and to the response we provide to it:

• Via the contact form: last name, first name, email address, phone number, company (optional), free-form message.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and connection date, in server logs, retained for security purposes.

No data is collected without your knowledge. No advertising cookies, third-party trackers or behavioural analysis tools are used.

Processing purposes

Data collected via the contact form is used exclusively to:

• Reply to your request for information or quote;
• Prepare and send a technical and commercial proposal adapted to your aquaculture project;
• Get back in touch with you as part of the project's commercial follow-up, where applicable.

Data is never sold, leased or exchanged with commercial third parties.

Legal basis for processing

The processing of your data is based on your consent (when you freely fill out the contact form) and on the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (quote preparation, feasibility study).

Technical subcontractors

Emails from the contact form transit through the transactional routing service Brevo (formerly Sendinblue), a French company located at 7 rue de Madrid, 75008 Paris. Brevo acts as a processor within the meaning of the GDPR and does not use your data for any other purpose. Its privacy policy is available on brevo.com.

The site is hosted by OVH SAS (France), which does not process user data and is limited to technical infrastructure.

Retention period

• Data from a contact request without follow-up: 3 years from the last contact, in accordance with CNIL recommendations.
• Data from an active commercial relationship: duration of the relationship, extended by the applicable limitation period.
• Server technical logs: 12 months maximum.

Your GDPR rights

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679) and the amended French Data Protection Act, you have the following rights:

• Right of access to your personal data;
• Right of rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data;
• Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten");
• Right to restriction of processing;
• Right to object to processing;
• Right to data portability;
• Right to set instructions regarding the fate of your data after your death.

Complaint to the CNIL

If you believe, after having contacted us, that your rights are not respected or that the processing does not comply with regulations, you have the option to file a complaint with the French Data Protection Authority (CNIL):

This privacy policy may be modified at any time to take into account legal, jurisprudential or technical developments. The date of the last update is indicated at the top of the page.
