Aquaculture Solutions is a French company founded in 2023, based in Trégueux, Brittany. We bring together in-house the skills of design, fabrication and installation of fully custom aquaculture systems, intended for aquaculture producers, retail, public aquariology, research and education.
AN INTEGRATED APPROACH
Design, fabrication and installation by the same teams
At Aquaculture Solutions, design, fabrication and installation are not three separate providers but three departments of the same team. The plans drawn in the engineering office come out of the same workshops and are installed by the same hands. This continuity eliminates the interface zones where execution defects usually accumulate.
This approach allows complete control over the final result: every hydraulic dimensioning, every plastic weld, every electrical connection meets the same standard and the same original intent.
For the client, this translates into a single point of contact, a unified schedule, a coherent warranty across the entire system, and the ability to come back to the same team for the future evolution of the installation.

Fabrication workshop
Custom thermoplastic fabrication. HDPE, PVC, polypropylene welding and thermoforming. Assembly in a controlled environment, in-workshop leak testing.
Installation and maintenance
Structural work and tank preparation, installation, connections, water-filling, gradual commissioning, maintenance contracts and troubleshooting.

Custom live storage tanks
For wholesalers, fishmongers, retail and restaurants. Storage of live crustaceans, shellfish and fish in parameters calibrated for duration and species.
MAELSTRÖM and NAUTILUS protein skimmers
French manufacturing of protein skimmers for professional aquaculture. MAELSTRÖM range (external, counter-current) and NAUTILUS (internal, instant skimming).
Shellfish purification
Oyster and shellfish purification systems adapted to the constraints of shellfish farming operations: sorting tables, purification tanks, UV treatment.
Recirculating systems (RAS)
Design and installation of closed-loop circuits for public aquariums, research laboratories, RAS farming. Biological and mechanical filtration, disinfection.

Our workshop
Engineering office and workshop co-located in Trégueux
Our engineering office and thermoplastic fabrication workshop share the same site in Trégueux. MAELSTRÖM and NAUTILUS protein skimmers, professional live storage tanks and recirculating aquaculture systems are all built in the same workshop, without industrial subcontracting: design, fabrication and water-testing are carried out in-house before shipping to the installation site.
This integration provides full traceability for every part — from the drawing board to the on-site connection — and a standard lead time of 8 to 12 weeks between sizing validation and delivery.
